Hide Table Control when Empty

This customization hides a table panel when the number of records returned is zero. This customization also hides filters and column headings.

For a Web Application the customization will be added in:

..\<Application Name>\<Table Name>\Show<Table Name>Table.Controls.cs

For example: C:\MyApp1\Customers\ShowCustomersTable.Controls.cs

For a Web Site the customization will be added in:

..\<Application Name>\App_Code\<Table Name>\Show<Table Name>Table.Controls.cs

For example: C:\MyApp1\App_Code\Customers\ShowCustomersTable.Controls.cs


Step 1:  Use this wizard to add code customization.

Step 2:  Build and run the application.

Applies To:

This code customization is applicable only for pages with table controls. However, it does not apply to a Search Edit page with a detail table. If this customization is implemented for a detail table, it will not work. It will not display the detail table when there are records present in detail table.
